Daily Deviation

Given 2012-11-06
Tempoe - Waterwash by ~Monsieur-Drams The techniques used in this piece are not 'usual' to the graffiti scene. And frankly it just makes the work not only stand out more but also that much more vibrant. The use of a water wash to blend the colours has left the piece with a 'firmer' presence than a simpler 'blocks of colours' style would have. Plenty more work of this high q ( Featured by ^kiwi-pdd )

Copic-type design markers, watercolors, and some black permanent liner. The white lines are acrylic marker.

Thank you! This was done on paper, in my blackbook. First a pencil sketch, then watercolor washed down to blend, and finally black outlining with permanent liners of various sizes.

Mind if you tell me what medium you used? I can't help but be fascinated by the coloring and how it compliments with the paper. Something about this makes me feel jittery and happy (Even I don't know how to describe it ;;.)
